Rates

Standard Pricing:

Rates below apply to general handyman and assembly services. Custom projects are priced individually based on scope and requirements. 

• Minimum Charge: $250 (includes up to 2 hours)

• Hourly: $125/hr

• 1/2 Day Rate: $400 (4 hours)

• Day rate (6+ hours): $75/hr

Furniture Assembly: Standard rate of $125 per piece, varies based on size, model, and total number of pieces.  Will beat most merchant rates. 

Tax:

NYS Sales tax is collected for labor and materials, unless otherwise stated.  Customers can provide form ST-124 for exemption for capital improvement projects.  Consult a tax professional to confirm eligibility.  

Fees:

Trip Fee: If I arrive at a scheduled job site and the customer is not home, not ready, or otherwise unable to allow work to begin, a flat $75 trip fee is charged. I will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled arrival time. No trip fee is charged if the customer contacts me before I have left for the job site.

Late Payment: Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt (NET14), unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Returned Check Fee (and similar bank fees): Fees passed through to customer at-cost, with no additional surcharges.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Cash, Check, ACH transfer, Credit Card, Venmo, PayPal, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and other cryptocurrencies.  No surcharges , "convenience fees," or "cash discounts" apply - prices are the same for all payment methods.  Don't see your preferred option?  Just ask!
